It is a small village on the shores of Loch Gairloch in Wester Ross, in the North-West Highlands. It’s a popular summer destination but at the end of September, there are very … More Gairloch, The Highlands

I was going through my pics from my recent walk on the Union Canal and found these two! I think they look quite magical. The boat looked so inviting! The reflection of the railings just captured my attention. © The Scottish Pearl 2022

What to Expect

Since sharing my photos for the past couple of years, many have asked about my services. Frankly, I have been sharing my photos for the love and passion for this Bonnie land, Scotland. I intend to continue to do so for as long as I can. However, it is a new year and with so many requests for other services, I thought I would launch this site to support that.
I will share random findings, thoughts and stories as part of this blog.
I will also share future prints of my photos and recommend services on this site. as requested by my audience. I look forward to this journey as we continue to discover Scottish pearls together.
